The idea of playing a few games whilst having a few beers is fresh ! the lovely Maddie was our server and set us up on the games we wanted to play and showed us the ropes, all in all we had a great night with great fun and great service! We had the darts booked for an hour but only got about 40 minutes of play as the boards reset and needed a member of staff to turn the machine back on. Then with the bottomless brunch they were saying that they would not serve anymore beer and also we had to keep asking time and time again for more pizza and then didn’t get what was ordered until towards the end. No real offer of compensation and no allowance given for the time lost on the darts due to their technology.
Would not recommend going here if you want to feel you are getting your moneys worth without having to chase them for everything

We're sorry to hear you have had some issues with us! Our team is fully trained to fix all faults across all our darts options unfortunately the timing of which it takes for the software to load is out of our hands. In this case, you were recompensated with a free round of golf for your entire group.
We have dedicated and fully trained staff to specifically host your brunch experience, Our brunch policy states that each individual must finish their drink before receiving a new one. This means that not everyone is being served simultaneously. - we will take your feedback on board for our future services!

Booked for mini golf and beer pong, but didn’t end up staying for the latter due to the overall experience, with the music also fluctuating from a normal level to insanely loud every couple of minutes. Got through golf in 15 minutes because 2/9 holes weren’t working properly and swallowed the balls, and when raised with staff was told ‘yeah we know’. This isn’t great when you consider you’ve paid £25 for 3 people for 7 (very short) holes of golf. I’ve been before but unfortunately fell short of the mark this visit. Staff are very friendly but it’s just not worth the money

A great bar with lots of activities.
We did the axe throwing. Safety was paramount but not at the expense of fun.

On the night, the overall experience was probably 3 stars, but I think it would be harsh as it was the first night they were open to the public. The staff were friendly and helpful considering the app ordering was not working. There were definitely staff who were not sure who was doing what but I think this just came from everyone being new so it's to be expected. We played shuffleboard which was good fun and the arcade games such as basketball, skiball etc were good too. Drinks were good and reasonably priced.
Staff made it a really good night, coming over to our group to take orders when the app wasn't working and even explaining the rules of our game to us. I think once the staff are trained a bit better and there is a better system in place, it will run much smoother and be a great place for a night out with friends. Will return in the future!

Crazy golf was slightly disappointing, two holes was out of order however they did give us a 25% discount. We then went on to darts which the kids found enjoyable with the interactive darts. One thing I would say is the room was really dark

We are aware that the golf having 2 holes out of action is not ideal, unfortunately, we are still waiting on parts to fix the holes so the discount is the best we can currently offer. I’d be lying if I said this place was perfect. The music is so loud that you can barely have a conversation, which isn’t ideal for somewhere aimed at attracting groups.
That being said, it does exactly what it says on the tin. It has all of the best games you would want to play all under one roof, with the bottomless brunch being genuinely bottomless.
A special shout-out to Lewis, who was serving us and was genuinely superb. Couldn’t do enough for us and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. He even got the music turned down a bit when I asked!
The staff were also great dealing with my myriad of questions and emails ahead of the day, answering all my queries and putting together the perfect package for us.
Would recommend for anyone heading to Liverpool and looking for an “all under one roof” experience.

Spent 2 hours here. Had 1 game of pool before the cues were whipped away. Got set up for darts, then told we had 15 mins to play. Shuffle board discs were taken from table before we had used the allocated hour. Beer pong area had a very tacky /sticky floor. Staff wiped tables down but not the floors. General impression - vastly overpriced for stuff that is available in many traditional pubs. Would never recommend. I understand that they have a partner business which runs escape rooms - I hope that they are much better value and a better experience.

Im so sorry to hear about your experiance here at our venue. Here at Boom Liverpool we strive to deliver a memorable and fun experience for all our customers . We also take our customer feedback very seriously as it matters the most to us .
Here at Boom the use and hire of the games are all charged per hour whereby the team are notified when a customers hire time starts and ends , customers can only be notified that there game has ended when the time exceeds the customers booking window.
Our team are also extremely vigilant on cleanliness and hygiene throughout our venue especially after each customer has used each game.
Standards throughout our venue remain high , I would like to discuss this matter further with yourself as the impression you received is not what we intend to deliver to our customers.

5 out 5 stars, we came for a Christmas party the venue was lovely and the music was great. Hip hop vibes which keep us dancing and laughing all night long. Ryan was a great host showing us how to axe throw, he was really friendly and gave us great tips on how to get a bullseye.

Myself and some friends visited boom battle bar recently, we originally came in to watch the match as our local was closed but we ended staying for hours!! We played crazy golf and pool and ordered food as well! (Pizza was so good). We were drinking cocktails all night, and made use of the great offers, so it was still a cheap night. Our bar tenders were lovely too, really kind and chatty! Think they were called becca and marco. The vibe was great, good music and lively atmosphere. We’ll definitely return!!! :)

Loved it here. Staff really made the experience for me. Bouncers and bar staff all ridiculously polite, pleasant and really helpful.
We did shuffleboard and golf. The golf doesn't look much at first glance but there's loads of really creative holes and it's really fun.
Good drinks selection. Lil bit spenny for the blue moon at 5.20 a pint but they had carling on and the like so presume that will be a bit cheaper.
All in all great venue, hope it does well. Will be back soon.
