This was one of the favorite things we did in London. Great for our boys, 15 and 13. Fun, quick, informative. We did a 50 min ride and it was perfect.

My boys aged 11 and 13 totally loved this experience. It included interesting commentary at the beginning, and a Speedboat blast at the end. Really interesting to see London from this perspective.

I booked the Thames Barrier Experience, which was around 75minutes. Hands down the best speedboat experience, the staff were friendly, showed the main sites/attractions and gave me a birthday shoutout. They really do mean hold on, the boat was taking air and twisting & turning...More

I would thoroughly recommend this experience. We did the 90 minute Thames Barrier trip and it was a great combination of site seeing and roller coaster ride. The guide was great - knowledgeable and fun - but the fast sections down to the flood barrier...More

Glorious sunny day, gentle cruise up the Thames with a fascinating commentary on all the sights....and then an exhilarating, swooshing white knuckle ride back. I am not a fan of rollercoasters or fairground rides, but I loved every minute of this. Safest adrenaline rush in...More

Hi, as others have said it is a bit bumpy and you do need to hold on so may be a bit much for you.

And book the longest one - I almost did the 20 minute experience because I was afraid I wouldn't like it. I was SO glad we did the 50 minute one, and I still wished it was longer!

concur pretty much what the others have said. I did see the rocket while we were out. Can't remember the reasons for doing so, maybe it was price and where it went. Didn't have any problems with my choice and enjoyed it.
