Our family of 3 spent £80 to visit this and it was so not worth it. Old fashioned tired dated and boring. Staff were wonderful but it was £80 and 60 minutes wasted

Hi I think a wheelchair user would be ok. Initially you take a lift up and then make your way down but I seem to remember there were lifts.

I went about half 8 in the evening and was very quiet that was December when every where was busy. Was very nice to wander about when quiet.
