Purchased tickets way in advance on their website as sell out quickly! A definite must visit if 1st time to London. Beautiful rooms, interesting history, but what's most exciting is the Princess Diana dress exhibit - breathtaking a Thursday and crowds not bad, except in...More

We enjoyed our visit but unfortunately were very disappointed by the cafe. When we arrived at around 1130, the first thing we wanted to do was get a coffee. We queued up for around 10-15 minutes only to be told at the counter that the...More

Went with my wife today and the full entrance price of £19 is a bit hefty. Only a small part of the palace is open to the public and what is open seems to have been prettty much stripped of any furniture. This makes the...More

My daughter and I went to see this Exhibition recently. It was very well done and the part of the old Palace open to the public was a very interesting historical building to view. These Princesses were the Queen Consorts of Georges II and III,...More

If so then you might get something from the exhibition but this is grossly overpriced . It's not all bad but there just isn't enough - some advice re the 'Queens gallery', don't bother.

We spent 2 hours. It would depend if you had to queue for the Diana Exhibition. We did not have to.

To go around all the exhibits and sunken garden - 2hrs is plenty. If you have booked a tour which includes Afternoon Tea in the Orangery (which is great) then allow an additional 45mins for that.
