Poorly maintained, lacklustre, central LONDON park
Jul 2021 • Couples
Totally underwhelmed given its proximity to some of the most expensive property in the world...

Tacmac paths, overgrown boarders (don't give me the "wilding" excuse either), untrimmed hedges, weeds, very few flowers, huge patches of dead or none existent grass on the" lawns", all within a few minutes walk of the entrance from Baker Street.

The cafe was a joke too, I've been in more inviting motorway service cafes, disinterested staff watching videos on their phone when you enter, lovely.

All this is central LONDON?! Quite honestly Alexandra Park in Oldham wipes the floor with it in every way, including the cafe!

Picnic in the Park
Jun 2021
My girlfriend and I enjoyed feeling the sun on our faces as we sat in Regent’s Park, eating a picnic on a recent hot Sunday afternoon. We picked a spot on the daisy-dotted grass opposite the lake, threw down a blanket and made ourselves comfortable as we talked, listened to a boisterous bunch babbling near us, and watched couples, joggers and dog-walkers pass by. Opposite us, a weeping willow bowed to the lake beneath it and ducks dried themselves off as they took a rest on the bank. All around us was green and you’d think you were in the countryside, if it weren’t for the smart Regency style terraces, which loom over the hedges that mark the perimeter of the park. We spent two or three hours like this until the sun started to dip in the horizon, when we slowly made our exit.

So much to see and do!
Aug 2020
Such a huge park, which can be accessed when visiting the zoo on one side, Madame Tussauds on the other and much more. Ponds, rose garden, water features, walled garden, bridges and so many places to see. Whether you want a quiet picnic or just to walk through, there is always something to see and do and a must do when in the area. There are seats available, along with some cafes and toilet blocks.

More than just zoo here
May 2021 • Couples
Terrific large open space, there is a lot more than just a zoo here. We visited the rose gardens which include a Japanese garden. We even saw camels and tigers without entering the zoo.

Lovely Park
Apr 2021 • Friends
Regent’s Park is huge with loads to explore. It’s beautifully kept and an oasis in the middle of central London. Service at the cafe was nice too, as on our particular trip we had to take shelter there from the rain

Immaculately kept park
May 2021
The grounds of the park are beautiful. The small chunk of the park that I walked through was immaculately kept; I'm so impressed! The Japanese Garden Island is especially pretty, and no doubt the rose garden when all the flowers are in bloom. It's the perfect place to go for a picnic, run, catch up with friends.

Beautiful for a walk!
May 2021
I have visited the Regent's Park couple of times and it remains one of my favourite parks (together with Hyde Park) - it's quite big, with many lovely walks and sitting places, plenty of nicely arranged flowers, a pond and a café. A wonderful place for a walk, jogging, picnic or meeting with friends.

Beautiful Park!
Apr 2021
Regents Park is such a beautiful area. It's a lovely walk from Primrose Hill all the way down to the Rose Gardens. The Queen Mary's Rose Garden's is one of my favourite places in London, when the roses are in full bloom it is absolutely wonderful. When it's a sunny day, take a seat by the pond and listen to the birds, it's a lovely break from the busyness of London.
