We visited the museum in December with two children (7 and 11). Compared to some of the attractions we have visited the cost was very reasonable. The exhibition itself was very informative and covered the life of Florence from childhood right through the Crimean war to her death. Its not a huge museum and you can easily spend 1-2 hours... As a tourist and history buff, I seek out all museums great and small. As a nurse, this was on my must do list. I would have rated it fair because it wasn't poor, but it was less than average. I found the museum to be lacking in both artifacts and information. I have written reports with more information about... More

Decided that when I had any free time on a business trip I would fill any down time no matte how short with something interesting...this museum is fascinating hugely interactive and provides a real insight into her life and times, contemporaries and those who currently follow her vocation ...on whom we all rely at some point during our lives

The critical reviews that say that this museum is overpriced and rather uninspiring have a point. It really is a small room with three zones, the most interesting of which by far is the one dealing with the Crimean war. They have her lamp and her owl and plenty of pictures and small items relating to her life. The information... More

We visited this as part of the London Pass, this was an interesting little museum, more so for the adults than the kids. Definitely somewhere to come back to in a few years time. We all learnt a little something whilst we were there.

I went with my mum. I'm a student nurse and it is a must! The information is great. It's fun and the noises are great. The lay out could be better but they have utilised the space very well. I will probably go again.

Visited with daughter, a nurse - was an interesting array of information and artifacts although not a lot that actually belonged to Florence. Set up was a bit confusing, seemed to go round in no particular order. Also having all the peep holes at different levels was good idea, however the low ones are probably too low for older adults... This museum is small but packed with interesting artifacts and information about FN but it was set up in such a way that the information was difficult to see and appreciate. I think I would have gotten more out it if it had been set up in a more traditional way, but it was very informative and inspirational. Definitely worth... More

I can't say anything bad about our day, the lady who played Florence was amazing really brought her to life and made it not just fun for the little ones but also adults. Massive praise. Also to the whole team my son had a nose bleed and I have never seen care like it thank you so much for the... More

This museum encompasses an incredible collection of the life and times of our founder, Florence Nightingale. My only criticism is that the gift shop does not contain affordable gifts for multiple purchases. We were flying, so space and weight were of the essence. The best choice for this was a canvas bag, but it was $15 (each) and it looked... More
