We went with a small group and had the most enthusiastic and informative guide - the tour was an hour and a half and she was clearly loving every minute of the tour - as did we. Booking is essential and the house and art-work...More

Went here with small group and had a docent tour of the property. She was extremely knowledgable and also entertaining with her lively anecdotes. Not only beautiful but fun, definitely recommend!

Primarily only open on Sundays, Spenser House is a beautiful house. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour. It is easily accessed from Green Park by going through a small private alley way.

Open on Sundays only and hard to find. An exploration of 8 of the entertaining rooms each more elaborate than the previous one. That is only 1/4 of the mansion. I would have liked to see one bedroom. The guide was very knowledgeable.

a short stroll to bordering Green Park or St James’s
