A wealthy selection of art pieces spanning in time and very well-organised temporary exhibitions. If you are in London, a visit to the national gallery will offer you the opportunity to see some of the most important pieces of art in world history.

It's free, compelling and reminds us of our history. Not to be missed. Even on a busy Sunday there was plenty of room and time to enjoy the art.
