If you could, you should sit over the obelisk and look toward the Big Ben. You'll get an incredible view of the sunset.

This is what many people see of London. It’s so iconic and is a must visit. Look what’s on the forth plinth. Check out the fountains. Just walk round and take it all in.

10 years ago this was a peaceful place to have a walkabout, rest, and relax. Now there are people dressed up as cartoon characters wanting you to pay them to take your photo with them, chalk artist that everywhere that yell at you if you...More

We strolled through Trafalgar Square in Central London a couple of weeks ago and sat and watched the world go by. Trafalgar Square is a sort of a cosmopolitan hub and it is one of those places you should try to visit if you are...More

Visited the place on a slightly rainy day. There was construction going on so ha to look at it for a distance only. Have visited the place earlier, so a nice place to sit in the sun and surrounded by museums and shops.

Easy to use landmark location for access to the National Gallery and Portrait Gallery as well as St. Martins in the Fields. Souvenir shops are nearby and the pedestrian bridge across the Thames is only 3 blocks south of here at the Embankment.

Arguably the most visited place in London. The heart of the city and a photo ops with the lions and Nelsons column. Mayday is maybe the worst time as there are likely to be protests but else it busy and chaotic.

It is great to visit Trafalgar Square, rather it would have been, but unfortunately it was being readied for The Mayoral Concert. I learned afterwards it was for U2.

With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized
lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is
not just considered the heart of this bustling London
hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this
esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as
well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most
popular cultural attractions including the National
Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to
