If you are a true Beatles fan then this place is worth going to, but for goodness sake be super careful when using the zebra crossing. Whilst we were there some people literally ran out in the road in front of the traffic, just to get the classic shot of them walking on the crossing. Luckily the cars stopped but... More

If you are a true fan of The Beatles and happen to be visiting London, you have to make this a destination of interest. Be careful if you plan on recreating the crossing walk. Cars do tend to drive fast and do not seem to care if they were to hit you.

Take the tube to Abbey Road and act like the Beatles. Tourists from all over walk across the road and get pictures like the famous Beatles album cover. It drives the locals crazy, but is a huge draw for tourists. There is a memorabilia museum down the road.

Nostalgic Beatles Abbey Road crossing. Pretty neat, relive it... Be careful...cars sometimes don't slow down.

I drive past abbey road and while it is a well known tourist and album cover, it is also the most dangerous piece of road. The tourists are desperate to re create the Beatles cover and disrupt the traffic to the point where someone is going to get killed. Pedestrians wave cars on while standing waiting to cross and it's... More

The Zebra Crossing. The famous picture of the band walking across the road. Be careful as it is a busy road now.

If you love The Beatles, you have to come. The fact that the Beatles walked on this road and had it featured on the cover of Abbey Road, I don't know, it's something special. It's not that close to downtown, I walked it, so it took me a while. There are tons of tourists there, that's the only bad thing,... More

We debated about taking time out of short trip to London to stop at Abbey Road, but were we glad we did! We had a blast crossing the street in Beatles style. We also stopped at the Abbey Road Studios gift shop. Very cool stuff for Beatles fan.
