Burger House is a pretty cool place to visit especially when they have some cool exhibitions going on. They have very friendly staff and their facilities are very clean!

I stopped off here when I was in the area, the house is quite nice, there's a little museum upstairs which is quite interesting and a room downstairs with some beautiful art on display, all in all not that much to see so I wouldn't recommend a special trip but definitely worth a stop off in your area. The Cafe... More

I was at Burgh House for a wedding this past weekend and was thoroughly impressed by the setting and the property itself. They did an excellent job of hosting the event and would happily recommend it to anyone.

This is the old, steep streets of Hampstead, and is a delightful enclave, a museum-cum community centre-cum-cafe. The displays are limited but excellent. Periodic exhibitions; when we went, featuring the c19 watercolourist Helen Allingham. One of London's hidden gems, like, eg the Vestry House at Walthamstow. Thoroughly recoomended.

We recently attended a wedding here, and it's certainly a beautiful venue. It's charming. We had a quick bite before in the cafe and sat outside and it really is a lovely spot. Service was friendly and efficient. We only had a bacon sandwich and a couple of soft drinks, but was all nice enough, even though the sandwich was... More

Burgh House is a lovely place to visit. We started by having a coffee in the Buttery sitting outside in their delightful garden, waiting for the gallery and museum to open at 12.00. The first room we saw was a lovely wooden clad room with a piano, which had toddler Mozart appreciation classes earlier. The upper floor has an art... More

A beautiful house to visit with the added bonus of free entry. The exhibits are interesting and informative. There is a very nice cafe in the basement.

We stumbled on Burgh House on a walk through Hampstead and after a nice brunch (separate review of the Buttery) we looked around the gallery and museum. The gallery included some nice pieces and the museum was interesting. I see from visiting the website that it is not open every day and our Sunday morning trip was therefore fortunate in... More

i have lived up the road in Golders Green for twenty years without realising this was here! My fault, of course. it is quite a large and prominent building, but is tucked away in the back streets of Hampstead. We approached through the front door and were greeted by two staff/volunteers who were very friendly, informative and quick to help... More
