If you want photos of lots of iconic London sights in one shot go to Westminster Bridge. House of Parliament, Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben), the London Eye, Westminster Abby, the list goes on. You also get lovely shots of the river.

The Westminster part of Central London is as you would expect I suppose from looking at the guide books. There are plenty of bus companies, and indeed tours by foot, however, we took our own bimble around by foot We got off the tube at Embankment and crossed the rail and foot bridge to the south bank close to the... You can take amazing photos from the Westminster Bridge. E.g. Big Ben, the London Eye, etc. This historic bridge was busy because it is very popular among tourists.

We walked on the bridge toward the Big Ben and the view was amazing. It's a great spot to take pictures of the Big Ben.

All you have to do is turn left out of Westminster tube station and you are there. Both the road and placement can get very congested at times.More for tourists than Londoners.

Yet another great site in central London, this being adjacent to the Palace of Westminster, otherwise known as the Houses of Parliament building In and if itself, it's an OK bridge, but its location and its neighbor and the views one has from it made it a "must do" item on my list- walk back and forth and take outstanding... The bridge has lots of history and is simply beautiful! I liked this bridge more than the others. And that could have something to do with the gorgeous views. All of important buildings are here. Just turn 360 degree and soak it all in! At night, it's a different look. Stunning!

This bridge is an iconic piece of London and the perfect place to snap some pics of the London Eye and Westminster. It is worth coming here for some great pictures.

Not much to say, I cross here a couple of times a month and I never get sick of it. Just stand and take it all in and you will get a real feel of what London is about, such a diverse range of architecture to be seen when you look up and down both sides of the Thames.
