Went here for a West Ham v Chelsea football match on Saturday. Massive queues to get in - understand searches are necessary, but staff were slow and inefficient compared to other football grounds, with no humour (different from other grounds). Beer and wine served before...More

Quite simply the stadium is a pigs ear of a situation. It is an athletics stadium that has been bodged into a football stadium for the foreseeable future. For football, behind the goals, the temporary seating creates a gap of around 20m between the upper...More

Great location though nightmare to get into by road, good food would have been even better had it been hot rather than luke warm - extortionate drink prices - £30 bottle of wine.......having a laugh.....

I visited the London Stadium for an evening kick-off football match, and stayed at the nearby Holiday Inn. The stadium is an easy ten-minute walk from the hotel at Westfield Shopping Centre. However, the journey back was impossibly difficult. Home and away supporters were rigorously...More

Interesting tour, I am not a football fan however the tour was still very interesting. The guide gives great details about the stadium from the Olympics to how it is used now.

Visited in August as part of the World Championship games. Stadium is a delight though the queues for the few entrance points were quite long despite arriving early. The view for the games was good along the home straight. Atmosphere was fantastic. Getting away from...More

My son and I were taken on a great tour of the stadium by Mick the tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, giving us a history of the stadium and West Ham United and was able to answer all our questions. The stadium is quite...More

Good transport links and easy to get into. Coming out was a disaster, badly managed. We only just caught train before midnight. Civilian security staff outside the stadium were working hard but got no assistance from police, who were standing chatting throughout. Didn't buy any...More

I don't think so. The lower tiers are generally unreserved seating plus on pitch standing whilst the upper tiers are reserved seating.

If you are not a sun worshipper I would suggest the right hand side facing the stage. I was on the left in June this year and in direct sun for many uncomfortable hours until it went down, it did happen to be one of the... More
