Helpful and Guest Oriented Staff at the Reception. Very nice clean and tidy space to have a nice swim in a relaxing atmosphere and turkish bath and sauna. We had a facial treatment as well. Prior to it we we offered a nice tea and some fruit and healthy snacks. Lisa my facial therapist is outstanding. She does her job... More

Enjoyed the Mandara Spa escape treatment. Two hours of relaxation and massage by the excellent therapist Yolanda. Shame I did not have time to enjoy the rest of the facilities.

This was simply the most relaxing massage I have had. Had the Balinese. Yolanda and Lottie were fantastic.

Me and my husband booked a couples full body massage at this place. I had a terrible experience. Firstly they didn't have any proper changing rooms, just toilets and shower rooms and no one was there to show around facilities. We filled in form before the massage but it seemed useless as they didn't consider what we wrote in it.... More

I booked the pregnancy massage and facial package. Jolanda, the therapist was great and made me feel very comfortable. The massage table is reclinable so can be positioned to avoid lying on your back + additional cushions are provided for max. comfort. Both facial and massage were very relaxing and soothing. Will definitely book again.

Impeccable spa experience. Fitted in at short notice having been let down by my usual salon at home prior to a big event I travelled to London to attend. Yolanda was really superb. Immaculate attention to detail and went above and beyond to make my treatments really special. Can't recommend highly enough! I didn't use any of the other spa... More

This was our first night away from home together since our baby was born. We both have very hectic lives and very little time for ourselves. This was supposed to be a nice experience to make us relax before dinner in Bernes Tavern(dinner was exceptional). Upon arrival we saw the whole hallway of the spa filled with baby prams, which... A friend got me, as a birthday present, a Time out for two voucher, which gave me (and a plus 1) access to the spa/fitness facilities. I checked the website and it looked very nice and like I'd get some relaxing time with my partner. Once we got there (Thursday around 5pm) there was some kind of misunderstanding, because even... I got a voucher for a free massage, so I gave Mandara spa a go. My therapist Lottie was great, did a great job with my massage & mani. What let the place down was the cleanliness of the changing room. I really wanted to use the pool, but the filthy changing room & wash facilities put me right off!... More

For her birthday, my daughter received a spa day package for two, which included an Elemis modern facial for each of us (1 hour), the use of gown and slippers and use of the gym and pool facilities for up to 2 hours before. My daughter contacted the spa the day before our visit and was told that we could... More

Staying in Southbank

Neighbourhood Profile
Big time attractions such as the London Eye and a thriving theatre scene (compliments of the National Theatre and the Young Vic) are but a few of the reasons that Southbank is such a collectively cherished part of town. With plenty of family friendly activities and venues lined up along a pedestrianized river bank between Westminster Bridge and Waterloo Bridge, visitors can always expect a casual and festive atmosphere. On top of all the fun stuff to do at Southbank is the opportunity to simply sit back and admire photo-op views of iconic landmarks like Parliament and St Paul's Cathedral, just on across the Thames.
