Great place for youngsters, but don't drink too much. It's expensive and you might get lost as the place is huge on differing levels

I adore Fabric. The best way I can describe it is that it's important that you like the music (in my opinion). I've been going for 12 years and the music combined with the energy of the people around you is incredible. It's definitely not a place to drink - it's a place to dance. Buy a water bottle and... Best club ever - awesome atmosphere and sound system, never disappoints! New security is a bit OTT and leading to long queues but what the hell if it saved fabric!

We visited Fabric for the first time last saturday night. My husband and I are in our 50s and despite the great reviews for this club we were concerned that we would be out of place. We weren't. Yes we were the oldest on the dance floor that night, but there were other clubbers in their 30s and 40s, it... More

First time back since it re-opened and much improvement has been made to the club. Other clubs in London need to take note of how fabric run there venue as it is the best about. I was amazed by the new room 2 sound system and also the lighting design throughout the club is incredible. So happy to see this... More

I've been clubbing a fair few years now but had never been to Fabric and after the temprary closure last year decided I had to go and see what the fuss was about. This is a club for clubbers by clubbers, If you want somewhere shiny that plays the sort of dross that Guetta plays this is not the place... More

Since re-open the security and safety is OTT. . .which results in a friendly and seemingly safe atmosphere for everyone to express themselves and relax. . .really nice club with lots of rooms and space. . .however it is expensive and I was disappointed with the DJ timings (headline dj was on at 5am-8am. . .but tickets ask you to... Thank goodness that the campaign to keep this place open succeeded: it's a wonderful club that I have enjoyed whenever I have visited. With large spaces that do not feel overly warehouse-like and a mixed calendar, it's the best large club in London that I have been to. Staggering out into the early morning sunlight is an experience every Londoner... More

20th January 2017 - I was so not going to let my ankle broken in two places stop me from attending this Iconic Flagship Groundbreaking Trendsetting Super Club in London. Delighted that I was able to use my Fabric First membership to get a free invite. Very impressed with the security team, they whisked me through with aplomb, but not... More

Staying in Clerkenwell

Neighbourhood Profile
Clerkenwell
Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site of an ancient meat market which remains in operation today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough time wondering through the area's maze of streets and you might become accustomed to the litany of slinky models passing between Clerkenwell's handful of fashion houses. Far outnumbering the models are craftspeople and designers, many of them are more than happy to welcome visitors into their studios and showrooms.
