Customer service is non-existent to awful I have been using the gym at the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre since January this year after switching over from another local gym looking for better facilities and better customer service. While the gym facilities are clean and...More

We have been here before and year after year it gets more and more dilapidated. We had dripping taps, mice traps in room, damp patches on walls and ceilings. The food is edible and plentiful and Joan at reception is fantastic. The pool (50m) is...More

This sports centre could be so much better. The spectator area is littered with bird faeces. It is so unhealthy. Do the managers not know the risk this poses to human health? Many parents with younger children who do not know what they are touching....More

The only redeeming quality of this hostel is the National Sports Centre, located just outside, which is really as big as a small airport. The rooms are in appalling conditions, possibly even have health hazards. Staff is sometimes very helpful, sometimes very rude.

I come here regularly to swim but would never join - it is too rough around the edges for me. The main pool is Olympic size and nice and cool, making it ideal for continuous lane swimming, unlike most council run or funded Leisure Centre...More
