I paid a daily pay-as-you-gym entrance to go here and the equipment was very good. There was also an open air swimming pool the people were swinging even though the temperature is very cold.

There were 6 people in a lane at 9am (which should be past peak time), and apparently it's like this all summer. Pool was dirty, and changing rooms weren't the cleanest either. I won't be going back.

I'm staying in a hotel nearby, and am thinking of using either the gym or the pool after work midweek - which is likely to be less busy between 5pm and 7pm? Frank McD
