Very nice view of a big portion of the city. No-queue ticket recommended. Even when this is just a simple "go up & go down" attraction, I got to say the staff was very kind and had a great customer service sense.

If you like queueing, this is for you. My husband enjoyed the photo opportunities but after I had walked round the pod & taken in the sights I found this to be rather slow and quite boring.

Although touristy, well worth riding the Eye to see all of London from above. Large, air conditioned cars and a sufficiently long 30 minute ride. Recommend fast pass tickets to skip the line. Couldn't get online system to work, but we got onsite.

The London Eye is definitely worth a visit but the queues over the Summer might put you off although they do move quite quickly. Lots of huge foreign school groups! I always thought that The Thames flowed through the south of London but when you...More

While the tickets are on the pricey side, it is definitely a unique experience. The views you get from up there are incredible. If you buy a standard ticket, be prepared to join a long queue but it is well worth it.

When visiting London, a trip to the eye is a must. The views of the city are stunning. However some advice: buy the fast pass and buy them online. When ordering tickets online you avoid the massive lines that build up, much like any major...More

Big time attractions such as the London Eye and a
thriving theatre scene (compliments of the National
Theatre and the Young Vic) are but a few of the
reasons that Southbank is such a collectively
cherished part of town. With plenty of family friendly
activities and venues lined up along a pedestrianized
river bank between Westminster Bridge and Waterloo
Bridge, visitors can always expect a casual and

We just encountered the same situation and were highly upset by it. You can actually ride the Eye at any time during the day after you have picked up your London Eye tickets at the ticket office at the time that you have... More

Yes. You have a pre-booked time and there is a separate area for checking in for that. We did not have that. You must have paid extra for that. Enjoy! Hope u have a nice day.
