Came here to watch 'Brooklyn Funk Essentials' play and I booked a table in the restaurant. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and attentive. Security staff were also friendly and welcoming upon arriving. They were performing what appeared to be random baggage checks on people - which we didn't personally have an problem with but I know that... More

Wonderful staff from security to bar staff to the manager taking tickets at the door - everyone is warm welcoming and friendly! I've been a few times and every time it's been the same. Just a great place to spend an evening. I haven't tasted the food but it smells amazing and the view from the dining area looks great.... More

I haven't been to the Jazz Cafe for about ten years so was in for a surprise- the refurbishment works well and the place feels revitalised. We went last weekend for Black Voices Quintet - Nina Simone and we're not disappointed. The show itself was fantastic (my only complaint was the mix tape played on a loop before the live... More

Went to this club on friends' recommendations, looking forward to a Dave Brubeck tribute. We should have known we were in for a disappointment when the DJ music before the live band was so loud that we couldn't have a conversation at the table. Then the band came on - and the music they were doing a tribute to was... More

I came for dinner with my family and to see the London African Gospel Choir perform Graceland. The choir and live band were incredible, the atmosphere was amazing. The food was very nice and great wines too- our server (petite girl with long dark hair) was super sweet and friendly.

Greeted by rude lady on entry who was condescending and self righteous. The tickets and drinks were expensive and then we were charged £2 per item for the locker room- what a joke. No seats downstairs at all so couldn't even leave our jackets somewhere and needed a prebooked reservation to go upstairs. Bar staff were polite- the only positive.

Bought these tickets for my daughter for Christmas and cannot fault the venue, staff and service. Had table at top of venue with perfect view of cosy stage- this was perfect to see Gabrielle Aplin and she delivered a fantastic evening. Can recommend the food and excellent ,friendly service- water glasses filled if empty without asking and generally warm ambience.... More

I went on a Wednesday to the Jazz Cafe where the house band was playing. They were incredible and had a great vibe. The food was super tasty and service was also top standards. We sat at the top and had a clear view of the stage which made the evening so enjoyable. Our waitress Salma was extremely kind and... More
