More than simply a store, our historic flagship building is a landmark of London’s west end. First opened in 1854, our flagship store offers 42,000 square feet of retail space over three floors. The ultimate destination for designer furniture, lighting and homewares, the building plays host to dedicated design showrooms for Ligne Roset, Kartell and Vitra as well as our in-store services such as Made for You furniture and a bespoke Styling Service.

I had the best mulled wine of our Christmas trip to London. Along with tasty cake, comfy sofas and peace and quiet. I consider this cafe to be one of my best finds in the area. Do visit.

This is a lovely flagship store but let down by poor service. We wandered around the candle/gift area and nobody approached us to see if we needed help as they were too busy chatting to each other. When we picked up items to purchase we noticed that they were dusty and marked so we didn't buy anything. Improvements needed.

Great selection of products, from classic Vitra pieces, to up-and-coming designers, to vintage old Heals furniture. Wide range of price points to suit all budgets and a stylish cafe serving decent coffee and food. Staff could do with being a touch more helpful, but aside from that no complaints.

By far my favourite home interior shop in the country. The friendly doorman welcomes you into the Pandora's box of cutting edge design mixed with affordable timeless household items. Ever wondered where the home owners in magazines find their inspiration? Jump off the tube at Googe Street and explore... you will have a wonderful time.

My heart is still in Heals having spent a few ££££'s in here on wonderful furniture. The designs and quality are second to none and such a change from the craziness of Oxford Street and those cheap furniture and bed stores. the staff know their stuff and they friendly and engaging

Now I don't like pushy sales staff, but I do at least like to be acknowledged. I spent an hour in Heals browsing, researching and getting inspiration for potential future purchases. Not once was I approached by any sales staff. Much of my experience was soundtracked by two sales assistants having an In depth chat about holidays and nothing much... More

Fantastic flagship store with really great furniture but don't buy anything. Their supply chain and customer service is broken. Delivered the wrong mirror the other day. A few months ago, the Heals van turned up with a second stool -but only ordered one. Should have kept it but returned it on the van. Customer service aren't customer friendly and Heals... More

I would like to express my extreme disgust and total dissatisfaction at the customer service from Heals. On the 29th September we reserved a sofa bed in the Tottenham Court Road store at an agreed sale price and called to pay the balance on 01.10.15. We were told that it was in the warehouse and the item would be with... More

My husband and I visited the Tottenham Court Road store at the beginning of July and ordered a large Umbrian oak table, bench and 6 custom made grey leather chairs for a total cost in excess of £5000. The staff member who assisted us seemed pretty helpful and was certain that we would receive our items very comfortably within the... More

Heals has been there for years, but in the last few years they have completely changed the store. There is now better product, a very cool atmosphere, the staff are more on the ball and overall a very good place to see design and modern furniture.

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighbourhood Profile
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
