One of the best shopping experiences we ever had! The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about all the unique scents they sell. We tried some different perfumes and ended up with buying 2 of them. And... we love them!

Yes, it's like a love spell..Or like falling in love for the first time. That is how I describe my first encounter with Penhaligons. I still remember vividly how I was lured by the scent at Burlington Arcade Penhaligons store. The moment I entered I knew I cannot leave without taking one back home. Me and my partner spent almost... More

I travelled to London to meet my friends and to visit Penhaligon's and both was worth it. This is my first perfume purchase ever and I had my eyes on a bottle of Penhaligon's Lothair. However since this is not a perfume review website I'm just going to say that I got exactly what I wished for and more. The... More

A crucial moment for personal fragrance. The boutique experience is exemplified here in luxurious detail. I was nothing short of excited by the attentive, glamorous staff. I will remember this time with tenderness. Alas, it could not be - your prices can flip the heck outta here!

First visit to any of the stores was New Year's Day the regents street store. Me and my mum had seen the candles in the window display and we both love candles. We went into the store and was approached by a female staff member called melissa, who was very polite. I was looking at the candles and found some which... More

The perfume range is amazing, and if they are out of the price range they do some lovely smaller gifts from £20 upwards. Christmas decorations and candles. Staff are happy with you looking but very helpful and informative when picking presents. They always make shopping there a pleasure. Presentation and quality are both consistent standards for this shop that never... More

Popped in today to look for something slightly 'heavier' than my usual Penhaligon's fragrance. I explained to Robin what I was looking for and he offered me a choice of half a dozen different fragrances....all within my specifications. I didn't buy today as I wanted to see what the fragrance did on my skin....but I will definitely return to purchase... More
