Couldn't believe I hadn't walked around Crystal Palace Park before but it seemed like a good place to visit on New Year's Eve. Big park. Great for a walk. Great for kids. Especially the dinosaurs... There is a trail with many large models of prehistoric...More

A good place for walk and ideal for day out. The park is located right next the train station and car parking isn't bad. It has a dinosaur park for kids to drop their jaws. There's a small play area and having a dedicated sand...More

I used to visit Crystal Palace Park quite frequently as a child, and thought that every London park had its quota of dinosaurs. As an adult, I now know that this is not the case. I went there this week with some of my grand-children,...More

Honestly - i was expecting more statues when i heard that they have there. Though it was nice place to walk around. Plenty of space to sit down and relax. Will definitely come back when it is warmer :)

Love the wildness and sheer scale of CPP, you can wander for days and it's always possible to find a quiet corner. Cafe is basic but that doesn't matter.

Not the cleanest park around, but still interesting, with the dinosaurs that are half way through being refurbished. The boating lake is still looking good, after its clean up and marine works. Shame they haven't sorted the old cafe site, that's been closed a long...More

Not really much to see! The garden perhaps need much improvement. The town is also not attractive. Not really other points worth mentioning. There are many other parks to go in England! They should in the Crystal Palace ground provide some photos of the original...More

The park has Victorian ceramic dinosaurs around the lake which are interesting as they show what was known about dinosaurs at the time. There are several terraces with lawns to sit on and play on. Carparking available or get a bus to Crystal Palace.
