Came here for a casual dinner. I've lived in London my whole life and can honestly say it's the tastiest pub food I've had. Excellent service, delicious food and nice atmosphere. Although not the cheapest option, still worth it once in a while. Will be returning.

I was out with a colleague who highly recommended here. It's not often in London where you find good beer, wine and food in one place but you certainly get it here. Excellent all round, good service, gorgeous grub and friendly locals.

I came here to meet with some girlfriends and we had a great lunch, the food was delicious, simple but well done and the service was good. Definitely come back again.

The kind of pub restaurant you find more often in the country rather than in the city of London. Good food, friendly service, good selection of wine. Just a little noisy for older folks - you can ask for a quieter table at the back!

We dined on a Wednesday night & it was packed. Fortunately we had booked or we wouldn't have got a table. The food was delicious but the service was a bit like Faulty Towers. Maybe it was everyone's first night! Don't let that put you off thought. It's well worth the visit.

Yes yes, we're all tired of the term 'gastropub' but that's exactly what the Ladbroke Arms is, and it does it so well. I have been here on business, I've been here with friends, and you can also bring your family here. It suits all occassions. The food is excellent, reasonably priced, and the service is warm as well as... More

The LADBROKE Arms was recommended to us by friends. So we need an adventure taking the tube to the Ladbrooke arms. We were not disappointed. We were greeted fondly with great food and wonderful ambiance. Cold drinks weren't bad either. So far having been in London for almost 3 days, it is the best meal we had. I enjoyed the... More

We had a mid-week lunch with friends at this place which was a short walking distance from their home in Kensington Place. Our table was booked (recommended) for 5....the menu was quite extensive for a pub/restaurant. The food was good, presented professionally & the staff attentive...although as it became busier, we had to be more patient. The dining atmosphere is... More

Staying in Notting Hill

Neighbourhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighbourhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
