Took my mum for afternoon tea. Menu is classic but good. Sandwiches could have been slightly more exciting perhaps but the sliver of sausage roll was very tasty. The scone was massive and excellent. The sweet treats were also very good, especially the lemon tart....More

Visited The Gilbert Scott today for Afternoon Tea with group of friends. It had been booked well in advance and at the booking staff were made aware that one of the group (me) was celiac and required gluten free option. Firstly there was a mix...More

What a splendid place to take tea. With properly trained waiting staff, great location, fantastic historic building. The food was very well presented, perfectly seasoned and all delicious.

After a day's sightseeing around the city, this place is just a perfect way to end your day while waiting for your train. Why wait in a platform cafe, when you can sit down and relax and enjoy ambiance and surroundings of the Gilbert Scott....More

We had not visited St Pancras station since it was modernised. We wanted a drink so popped into the Gilbert Scott for a glass of wine and a non alcoholic cocktail. The atmosphere was good, nice and relaxing we were not rushed. Friendly, efficient service.

We had a bit of time to kill recently so decided to enjoy the Gilbert Scott bar rather than the platform cafes-good decision! Staff were superb and whilst cocktails are not cheap they are made with skill and affection, as well as the delicious small...More
