Originally part of the Mousehold Estate this wood is actually quite tiny and is surrounded by a very eclectic mix of housing areas. It's worth preserving as it provides a haven for local wildlife but basically it serves as a dog walking area. Not worth...More

This place was a huge part of my life growing up. The many many games of manhunt my friends and I played here. And now I bring my own boys. Always some different path to find which I exciting for the kids

Hidden gem and within 5minutes of where I live, loads of little paths and fantastic great big trees. Could wonder round for hours.

Lovely Ancient Woodland, set in Norwich's eastern area, Lots of History here, with Huge Oak trees etc, Peaceful walk route well signed..... Enjoy

Plenty of dogs with their owners! A pleasant surprise to find this small wood in a surburban area. Good information points, but paths a bit muddy.
