Norwich makes an excellent effort to help its visitors. The TI has a nice shop attached.

Once I arrived in Norwich I made a beeline for this place however on the way I came across a roving Tourist Information person and got some great advice as well as a map. There are quite a few of these roving staff in the area around the Castle and Market Place. The TI itself is modern and well stocked... More

going there to ask about a walking tour today, the staff was really friendly and helpful. There is no walking tour operating during this time until new year's eve though. however, without asking for further info, one of the staff just offered me a map and showed me where i could visit by myself. thank you. ^^

This TIC is very central. It is a small office at the front of the Forum but always brisk and busy. The staff there are very experienced and friendly and there are tons of info leaflets to pick up is Norwich-related merchandise. Recommended place to get tourism help Or even if you are resident and want to know more

I visit Tourist Information centres as the first point of call when staying in an unfamiliar county. The Tourist Information desk is located in the forum shop. There is limited information booklets on display so whatever you need, you have to ask for. The staff are rude and grumpy. I called in advance to find out what events were going... More

The Tourist Information Centre at the Forum is a good place to meet up as it is very central. The information available to tourists is up to date of 'whats on' locally and what to do. There is usually some free entertainment at the Forum, both outside and inside the building. There are also places to eat with fine views... More

We visited the centre and found the staff friendly, pleasant and very informative. After arriving at Heathrow, I discovered I had left my laptop at the Swaffham Lodge, where we had stayed. Upon arriving home and after many unhelpful emails from Swaffham Lodge, I contacted the Centre for advice. With their help I recovered my laptop after two weeks and a... More
