Very central and had Tourist Information. Pleasant place to have coffee and watch the world go by. Close to market and theatre.

The forum is a great place to go if you have some spare time left. The Library is literally huge, and has a big choice of books on every topic! There are some nice restrooms 🚽 and a nice souvenir shop. 😉👌🏼 Hope you'll enjoy...More

The library and BBc are housed here. There is also a Pizza Express and a very large coffee shop. It is a modern, light public building and every time we have been to Norwich there is always an exhibition or some kind of event on...More

Always something going on outside or just through the doors, clean toilet facilities and breast feeding friendly for my wife and baby twins. Also, Pizza Express is probably the best restaurant chain pizza joint.

The building is architectural great, inside are coffee shop restaurant and weekends something always happening within. The library is great for local information and the USAF Museum is amazing

I love the forum, especially the space created by the open architecture. There is a well appointed libray. There is always something going on there, from art exibitions to Jazz nights and dance classes

What a lovely space this has turned into...there is something different happening all the time. Recently they had a very large model of the moon and deckchairs for people to sit relax and gaze at the moon. Before that was an exhibition of local art....More

I can't actually remember seeing any restriction, but doesn't help you..... When I went a couple of months ago a dog was sat with it's lead outside the Tourist Information where someone had put a water bowl. That seems OK... More
