We feel so lucky having West Bank Park as our local park! Two play areas, woodland walk, lots of events held here and the staff are really friendly. Its well looked after and has goal posts/ bowling green. I walk through this park each day on my way to work and back and the kids are always asking to stay!

A beautiful park with play areas for the children, bowling greens and woodland walks through the mature woodland and former arboretum- the giant Redwood is particularly superb at the entrance from Acomb Road. Loads to see and a beautiful, peaceful place to relax.

Lovely to walk through, watch the bowls. Two play areas for kids though one is under trees and can be cold in October. Good in summer for shade. Well kept borders.
