First time visiting Warhammer World. I had a lot of fun, the downside was we waited over an hour for our food in Bugmans Bar which is what lost a star sadly. We were given free drinks and granted it was lunchtime but surely any restaurant prepares for it to be busy at that time. It didn't put too much... More

I have been playing with various Games Workshop products for as long as I can remember but have never made it to Warhammer World. Fortunately a weekend away has fixed this. Warhammer World is a pleasant walk along the canal from Nottingham City Centre, on arrival we were met by a life size Space Marine and Rhino which was a... More

Bugman's bar, had a burger and a couple of beers. Bit expensive but very good. 4.5/5 Exhibition, amazing! Better than Harry Potter world. 5/5 Shop, It's a games workshop store, but with forgeworld and extra books 5/5 (6/5 for forgeworld).

The museum alone is worth visiting. If that isn't enough, chatty and helpful staff, a wide room with plenty of tables for your matches, and a comfortable place to eat and drink complete the picture. Oh, and of course there's the chance to see Duncan pass by!

I'm not a warhammer gamer but came here with the children. Huge gaming room with all kinds of space marine games going on with dice rolling and tape measures which I didnt understand. Walked round the museum, the displays were awesome, thousands of well modelled painted figures with some very impressive displays.

Tagged along with a few friends who play the warhammer game. Great atmosphere Upton entering. Loads of gaming tables available for book out and play games on. The staff are very helpful and knowledgable about the game. Would recommend going on the tour showing all the models that have been painted. Amazing detail, showing battle scenes. Even if your not... I've only just started painting warhammer miniatures, so the whole thing is a bit overwhelming! A visit to Warhammer World certainly helped. The staff picked out some books to read, to introduce me to Black Library. They also helped with some painting advice :) much appreciated. I visited the museum as it was my first visit. The quality of the... More

My sons and I enjoy our days out to Warhammer World. We book tables in advance to play on and love playing on the specialist tables such as Tau Research Station and Spyral Prime. It's amazing that you can play all day for free there. There is a good bar/restaurant and a newly enlarged GW shop. The exhibition is well... More

We enjoyed our visit to Warhammer World and had travelled from Scotland particularly to visit this facility. Our ten year old son had an amazing time. We had a meal in Burgman's Bar and our son loved the pizza. We took loads of photos and bought loads of goodies. We bought a number of the unique pieces as our son... More
