The place and the activity is theatre going, but it varies what they show. what I liked best is the showings & least is the chairs. What to bring: money. it's a short visit.

We attended the 'Remembering Fred' show and we had great seats in the stalls with a good view. The seating was reasonably comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The show was totally professional with top class stars, fantastic music and wonderful dance routines.

I created an account with TripAdvisor for the purpose of writing positive reviews. However, I am so incensed at the shocking thoughtlessness of staff that I simply must make the New Theatre aware of their farcically low standards. Having booked late, we were in the...More

Yes about 500 metres. You can also park on single yellow lines for free after 6.30pm, but they are hard to find!
