Gathering place in heart of Sheffield town - just a place where people can get to gather and have a pleasant time - especially on a sunny day. Very popular landmark for people to meet. The fountains are an important attraction here.

I love walking through here because it's usually populated with the biggest possible variety of Sheffield people. Young, old, singles couples, families and groups all together and enjoying the place in their own way. Some just sit and watch, others talk and children chase pigeons...More

It's not much of a garden but is still a nice city square to have a break from the hustle and bustle of busy city life. There are fountains both on ground and waterfalls.

Nice tranquil space in the bustling heart of the city. Greenery and fountains add to the charm. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Nice to come across.

Nice open space with some great water features. In the summer the kids (and some adults) will love playing in and through the fountains. Seating around the edge and the fact its set lower than street level makes it much quieter than the surrounding hussle...More

Get off at the bottom of West Street and walk down Leopold Street, or get off at Cathedral and walk up Fargate.
