Visited yesterday (Sunday). It was a beautiful day and we had an ice cream from the van which is always parked outside the main park gates. Lovely and relaxing. Very pretty lake with ducks. Altogether, a fabulous area to while away a few hours.

What a great park, we didn't spend long there, as it was a bit chilly and overcast, but we had a lovely walk around the lawns and over the bridge (needs a tad of attention there City Council, just saying!).

Smallish park in a central.location to the city. Next to weston park museum and Crookes valley park and the Ponderosa park, plenty of walking if you wish. Victorian band stand, pond, tennis courts.

Lovely park - credit to the city of Sheffield - well kept and a really pleasant spot. Great place to get away from the bustle of city centre life.
