This gallery is right in the heart of Sheffield and easily accessible. It consists of a broad main thoroughfare under clear glass, which makes it very light. Various individual exhibitions are off to one side. The John Ruskin gallery and the one dedicated to Sheffield's...More

Can be accessed via Arundel Gate or via the Winter Gardens. The Millennium Gallery overall was disappointing , firstly it was a lovely warm sunny day and as such, the temperature inside was very uncomfortable - why no air conditioning, or if they have it,...More

This is a collection of small galleries and shops. The Ruskin collection is particularly interesting. The exhibitions often change and usually relates to Sheffield's industrial heritage. Very good Makers shop at Christmas. Nice as it is linked to the Winter Garden next door.

I enjoy going here every so often to see the new exhibits they bring out every so often. I also really like the crystals they have. They also make lovely hot chocolates downstairs, remember buying them on a rainy school trip to the gallaries

Besides, there are several roopotms for exhibitions with different topics and some lovely souvenirs...More

The Millennium Gallery has a decent collection of metalwork, as might be expected in Sheffield, with its rich history in this field. There are a number of other gallery rooms too, however a lot of the area seems to be taken up with shop space....More

Everytime I go in the Metalwork Gallery, there is less and less Sheffield pocket and table cutlery on display. I take friends from around here, and they always ask about it. It's a bit embarrassing. Where have the Stan Shaw knives gone, and the wonderful...More
