Good science museum for kids with plenty of hands-on exhibits. Very nice and helpful lady on the front desk (Sat 18/3/17 11am) which was a nice change from other experiences we had at Ironbridge Museums. All I would say is that I wish, really, really wish that these science centres would maintain all their exhibits properly. There really is nothing... More

Went here with my handicapped daughter, she is down syndrome, she had the time of her life moving water, making electricity, moving a steam train with her hands, using a x-ray machine ( all safe ) to look inside various items. The list of activities goes on........ very educational and fun. This is a good place to visit on a... More

You can easily while away several hours in this place fiddling and experimenting with all the hands-on exhibits.

Visited with a friend and her 3 and 1 year old. We live locally but it was their first visit and they loved it, especially making and firing the rocket. Having been a few times before I feel it is time they changed or introduced some new attractions to interest older and frequent visitors. Staff were friendly. It's not a... More

We have Gorge museums passports so are you regular visitors to all the sites, but Enginuity is the most requested by my four year old. Her younger sister (2) also loves it and can join in with soft play, splash in the water cycle display and randomly press buttons. It's extra good during school hols where there are great craft/engineering... More

Our family of four had, mostly, fantastic day at Enginuity. Our 7year old wants to go back every day! Unfortunately there was not that much for our 2 year old. A lot of the exhibits were too high for him to interact with andcyhe soft play area was mainly dominated by children older than the 6 years age limit. However,... More

First off to find this place follow the signs to Coalbrookdale Museum of Iron as Enginuity is right next to it but sadly the men with brown signs forgot to mention it. Arrived in glorious sunshine in February half term with an eager 8 year old and less eager 12 year old. Staff were friendly but just sort of showed... More

I took my son along with his 3 boys of 8, 5 & 17months to Enginuity. Fortunately for them it was quiet so there was plenty of scope for the 2 older boys to "take over" the 'water' & the 'filling the truck' intetactive activities. This wss great for them & they really enjoyed the experiences. In the meantime I... More

Visited without kids as we had the Passport. Badly signposted and difficult to find. Felt tatty and in need of refurb. Not sure what age group it's aimed at, but I found it difficult to understand what to press, what to do, what it was proving ,etc Things weren't working, staff weren't friendly. Waste of time.
