This scenic area, often used by moviemakers because of its unspoiled, authentic 18th-century architecture, offers several museums that represent a different aspect of Britain's industrial heritage.

You can fill a good 2 days visiting all the museums so a passport is excellent value (£20 for seniors). Highlight for me was Blists Hill Victorian Town but the Tile museum is also another good visit

The set up tries hard to tell you about the area and the bridge with some exhibits and a film but it only took ten mins to get around. We bought an annual pass so did not mind as want to visit all the museums...More

I think you'd need at least two days to do them all. Three if you want to do them properly I'd say.

Blist hill is the place that takes up most of the time, the other site can be covered in an hour or so. My advice is to go over a couple of days and to go to Blist Hill on one day and then visit which ever of the other sites... More
