The sun was already down when we visited in December. Impressive tour with people dressed in roman gowns answering questions about that time period. Don't touch the water! There is drinkable thermal water at the end of the tour to taste.

We'd been around the Roman Baths before about 30 years ago so thought it was about time to have another go. We turned up quite early so we waltzed straight it, grabbed one of the audio guides each and proceeded through the site. The whole...More

I love these baths. The way the whole experience is set up is rich in information and engaging. It is quite expensive, but you can spend a significant amount of time here if you want to get the best out of it.

I strongly recommend the audio-guided tour of the Roman Baths! It was the best curated architectural site I have ever been to. As you move through the multilevel space the videos, superimposed images, signage and displays really help you understand what the baths and temples...More

This is the best sight to see in Bath. We overstayed our parking because we spent longer here. It was worth it.

Hi Joelle. Last entry is 5pm, exit at 6pm so if you come to the Roman Baths around 3pm you will have lots of time to look around the museum and the torchlit Great Bath which will be dark around 4pm.
