Very close to the cathedral it's worth a look. Nice to see something preserved and still in use. It doesn't cost anything so there's nothing to lose

This tiny cobbled street must be one of the prettiest in the UK. Right next to the Cathedral, but hidden away, so that it's quiet and feels like a 'hidden gem' even though it's very well known.

What a stunning little close, really old houses with some history, well worth a look. Cobbled road and was busy with tourists, but I am not surprised, stunning!

Located just to the north of the cathedral and almost next door to the Wells and Mendip Museum. Claimed to be the oldest surviving residential street in Europe this wonderful street is a must see if you're visiting the lovely little city of Wells.
