Vicars' Close is a delightful medieval street of cottages used to accommodate members of the cathedral choir. A hidden gem but one of the 'must see features of this beautiful small city.

Great street a real trip into the past. If you visit Wells suggest you make tracks for this little time capsule.

A short visit only needed for this place. I did it because of its history, the road and the buildings. Historical, quaint and near the cathedral, so it was very easy to visit.

Don't miss! Just a few steps from the Cathedral. I'll probably never come across a street that is so originally Medieval. Could be easily missed.
