the station is easy to navigate especially for someone who hates train station like me. can become congested in peak times due to the small area on entry awaiting the ticketed barriers. lovely coffee from the shop to the left as you enter platform one.

As a station it's fine and does the job, not much more to be said on that. BUT the parking is a total rip off. It used to be free for about the first hour which made dropping off or picking up people easy. Now...More

Nice small railway station with Just three Platform not confusing like some and doesn't get really Busy like some stations. Platform one London Birmingham and southe Trains . Platform two and Three ( northern Trains ) to Manchester Picadilly. parking is expensive though .

Travelled from here a couple of weeks ago. The staff were friendly and helpful. Really tidy station and great hub for getting to and from places. Will definitely travel from here again.

Travelled through here many times. Staff are friendly, helpful yet aware of needs of travellers. Efficient use of space, clean facilities, easy to use. I think this area gives a good first intro into Stoke, our fabulous city, just wish traffic outside was more organised...More

Hi, Like others I am not sure but buses do leave from outside the station to hubs at Longton and Newcastle where you would need to change. Prebook a taxi is cheaper than the black cab rank - good advice Enjoy.
