A lovely day if you want to have tranquility to do a bit of birdwatching, lovely facilities, good cafe, clean toilets, pleny of hides to visit, don't restrict yourself to these though you see some other wild life outside of these!

We managed to spend hours here walking between the various hides and relaxing while watching the local wildlife. While the best camera we had was on our phones, the serious photographers with lenses to match were happy to show us some of their captures.

Yes early morning or late evening= but we missed the Kingfisher late morning and saw some beautiful Grebes at lunchtime so seems a good place at any time.
