The Hancock Museum has history (natural) Roman, Egyptian and anthropological, You won’t be out-puffed It’s not over-stuffed. You won’t be dismayed It’s nicely displayed.

In the heart of Newcastle. This is a free day out with many interesting artefacts . Children are interested and can interact with some of the exhibits . Good for all ages .

I hadn't visited this museum fo about 50 years. I found it very intersting. Especially the Roman Wall section. I will be back.

The museum is easy to find in the town center and has a great selection of items. The T-rex is of couse the cornerstone but the historic exhibitions is worth an closer look.
