Been here so many times over the years, in fact my first concert was T.REX so that is how long ago it was. Fantastic view from everywhere, the balcony is my favourite and small enough to be really close to the stage. A bar on...More

We don't go into the city a lot because of complicated road systems, busy traffic, potential nightmare parking, especially as we need disabled parking close to destination. But we managed to get to City Hall relatively easily and found free parking close enough so it...More

Lovely building great to see artists and shows. Smaller than the arena but much more atmospher. There is a bar in the lower level which is in much need of refurbishment and highly inflated prices.

I recently went to the City Hall to see Knights of Music which was very good. However, I was seated in the stalls, and because seats are all at the same level, it was difficult to see at times due to people sat in front....More

First time there tonight seeing Ricky Gervais, great venue! I don't think there's a bad place to sit because the venue us quite small so every place has a good view. Thinking about going to see Russell Brand in December now that I've been there!...More

Three of us attended the recent David Bowie Tribute Concert which was amazing - it started on time and lasted about 2 1/2 hours with intermission. Seats were comfortable, we were in row L and had good views. Carpet has probably seen better days, but...More

Went to city hall to see Shakin Stevens and was very disappointed with show and venue. The City Hall should be closed or refurbished. The toilets smell to high heaven, the Security were darting around stopping people from dancing and taking pictures, the seats are...More

Went to see Bowiemania on Saturday night. Fantastic show but a bit disapointed by the venue. I realise City Hall is an old building but that is no excuse for very poor facilities. The bars were basement level as were the toilets and the stench...More

As a venue City Hall is tired. Queue for the ladies had about 60 people in it. Forget a drink at the bar as it gets 30 people deep down in that basement and very hot. During the performance the suited and booted security staff...More

I think Row M in the stalls as there is absolutely loads of leg room. Defo not front row balcony. Check the seating plan tho first before you book.
