This is a busy tourist attraction just outside the theatre. In the winter it can be bleak and windy. There are swans, geese and usually street entertainers. However the area is not remarkable either for horticultural or historical reasons but is not unpleasant.

These gardens are a delight any time of the year. Ideal for picnics and feeding the water fowl. There’s often an entertainer performing. Close to plenty of coffee places and adjacent to the Theatre. The essence of Stratford and the River Avon.

We visited Stratford on a sunny sunday, and the gardens were full of people. It was very pleasant to wander by the river in the sunshine listening to the buskers.

Grandkids really interested in the trees which had been decorated by a local charity. A cold winter day but a great place to walk. We fed the ducks and swans too

This is a stunningly beautiful location for some photography. The trees, canal, river, swans, etc make it a great place to just wander and enjoy the scenery. If you are into photography there are endless opportunities for some great shots.

Stratford is one of my favourite towns in England and these gardens are always a place I head to. So close to town but a lovely place to grab and little bit of quiet whilst enjoying the gardens and artworks.

We had a lovely walk around this park. There was a winter market on so we spent time there. I noticed you can go on a boat ride up the river. This service is not for wheelchair users tho. Nice to spend time watching people...More

The autumn colours of the trees really made this place superb when we visited. These gardens are unique not only for the views but the fact that it can be such a peaceful venue as well as somewhere to take the children.
