Stunningly modern theatre. Easy to move round, with excellent all round views. Seats are comfortable. Number of bars and associated facilities. To avoid queues for loos at interval head to the first or second tier. Very good shop
We attend the theatre regularly and that last few plays have been a delight.
Tartuffe has got to be the best I have seen recently, but this has now finished. We have just watched The Taming of the Shrew. It was brilliant and can highly...More
Another superb production from the RSC; both innovative and entertaining. if you mare unfamiliar with the plot of the play, due to the complex plot, I would recommend some research before viewing the performance.
Taming of The Shrew - with a male role-reversal twist for all players.
Sumptuous costumes, super set and enchanting performance. The choreography, singing and music, add a super effect.

SORRY for late reply...not been wi-fi connected…..PLEASE note!!!! Before making ANY decision.....have you got your tickets for the RSC?? They sell out completely months and months in advance!! Go online and check availability for tickets and make sure you are looking at tickets for Stratford!!! Once having secured your tickets then think about a stopover....I would say stay for sure, but that's my preference ie if you get tickets for night time, the performance might not finish until after 10pm, do you really want to be travelling back to London after a full on day??!! GOOD LUCK!! You'll love it!!!
