This was everything and more of what I imagined. We have been dreaming about visiting this spot for years and it is just beautiful. It meanders past the Royal Shakespeare Company's Theatre. with a beautiful park on the banks. Just wonderful.

Lovely walk,easy to follow, as long or short as you can manage, great attractions near by, lovely picnic areas.

The 3 Mile walk was very peaceful and it was very calming. I would really recommend it. There is a lock by the walk which seems that many people want to have their photograph taken with. Just mind the nettles near the end!

Hired a boat and did a bit of rowing in a lovely sunny day. So much to see along the banks of the Avon and a lovely tranquil experience

Walked along here from the old town area to the church where Shakespeare is buried. Very scenic.....swans, couples rowing, pretty trees.
