Walked round this market again Saturday mainly just soaking up the atmosphere it's a super market selling almost everything. How nice to see the Unity in Diversity Owl from the Big Hoot looking very much at home in the market.

Theere are markets and markets, you have the veg market that's outside, and the day markets inside, that you can grab a bargain, beware of the birds trying to get your food before you! The market stalls are numerous, and people very friendly

If you want authentic huddle and bustle then go here, from fruit and veg to clothing its all here, just for the feel you should go and keep markets going as they are the oldest forms of shops

Cool to see. Nice to hang out in the market and see what the locals are buying. Fresh food , funny items . China town next to it so you can see both at once.

Which is the best day for fabric? Used to use the market a huge amount in the 70s/80s but have rather lost touch with the 'best' days for certain items.
