This is beautifully preserved 12th century church that gives you a feel of what the medieval cathedral would have been like. The Doom painting is wonderful. Helpful and friendly guides were an unexpected bonus. Perfect for an hour in a restful setting.

I was touched by the genuinely warm welcome I received. It is a beautiful mediaeval building. It has a Doom painting which is very unusual as most were destroyed during the Reformation. There are free information sheets and volunteers on hand to help. Whatever your...More

A great example of a 12 centuary Church building located in the heart of the city and next door to the Cathedral. The Stain glass window at the front of the Church is amazing.

A beautiful 12th C church, noted as being the only complete medieval church in Coventry still standing. Once you have taken the exterior in, wander inside and look for the Doom wall-painting above the chancel arch, from in front of the font for those looking....More

This ancient church stands close to both the old and new cathedrals in Coventry and it is on a similar scale in terms of size. The 240 foot tower alone is impressive and can be seen for miles. Inside the church is fairly plain with...More

Fine looking traditional church. Next to a massive Primark store, you can't miss it. Next time we might pop inside for a look around.

There was an army of friendly volunteers handing out info sheets and ready to help. This is a huge and atmospheric church, dripping with history. It is worth a visit in its own right but combined with the nearby cathedral/s is a wonderful combination.
