This is a gem. The National Trust have done a wonderful job in turning this house into an interesting place to wander around. The volunteer room guides were all very helpful and very knowledgeable. They had a real enthusiasm for the rooms and the contents....More

This house may not be big but it is very well presented with a delightful 18th Century Wine glass collection, very pretty garden which houses the tea room.

Went there as part of a trip and wasn't amazed at all - guess it's not for everyone. It's a fancy house bascially, with highly decorated rooms and furnishings.

very disappointing visit. Most rooms been re decorated. Would of preferred to see the rooms as they would of been when last resident lived there.

Small is beautiful; a great example of its time and plenty of knowledgeable guides on hand. Coffee and gift shop good with an interesting garden.
