This awesome collection which is predominantly that from the Empire Test Pilots School which moved up from Boscombe Down s well worth a visit. Kids young and old will enjoy sitting in a range of aircraft cockpits and pretending to be a proper jet jockey.....More

With three French teenagers visiting for Xmas we needed something to keep them entertained and this museum was perfect! One of the volunteers kept us all entertained with stories, sneaky peeks at kit not normally on display and a nice line in embarrassing the adults...More

Took my seven year old grandson to visit this museum. Well what an amazing experience. He had so much fun in and out of the cockpits. If there is a ladder you can climb aboard. Even I managed to sit in one aircraft with him....More

This must be about the only time you will get to climb into so many cockpits in a museum. Take care as you climb ladders and pass by wing edges. It is not massive but it is well done. The price is right. Refreshments are...More

I visited here on my trip to Salisbury. Very interesting history of Boscombe Down. I would recommend this place for people with kids as there is a few they can stay in!

There is a very nice cafe overlooking the airfield and just a short walk from the Collection.
