A historic place for a walk with beatiful views. This is a hill walk so require some effort😀. There is parking and toilets. Did not use the toilets so do not know what they are like.

Love this place good place to take dogs although be warned you may come across a lot of dogs off leads. Beautiful views especially as the sun is setting 🌞.

It is a rough track up to the monument & a rough car park, so avoid it after heavy rain! Otherwise, this hill fort is possibly unique in that the ditch is well inside the rampart. There are magnificent views to be had whilst walking...More

This is one of our favourite places for a family walk. There is a wonderful rope swing and hollow tree trunk in the middle of the ring: our kids absolutely love it there. It's a short drive from Salisbury, on the way to or from...More

We used to walk our dog around here regularly along with many others. There is plenty of space for you to walk around with the dog/S and children even spend time with a picnic with the family. The fries from the top are beautiful and...More
