The gardens are well cared for and provide loads of grass for the kids to play on and family entertainment at the rides and crazy golf. In the shadow of Windsor Castle and by the Thames, this is ideal for a picnic, or just a walk. Loads of convenient parking.

This is a very nice park in the summertime so I thought I would visit today. Unfortunately though pleasant there is not much to see just a few bedding plants at the castle end.

Very popular park near the River Thames. Parking alongside for up to 2 hours (meter). Need to watch out for wardens. In winter an ice rink is out in for a couple of months. Sometimes a Big Wheel. Nice open space between the coach park and river. Refreshments from cafes in coach park or small cute kiosk by riverside

Alexandra Gardens in Windsor is a pleasant park area running along the river as you walk from the centre to the Alma Road carpark or Leisure Centre. The main coach park also sits alongside. The park is quite small and is a pleasant picnic location in Summer, but not a great deal to see or do. At Christmas however the... More

Nice little make shift amusement park with ample parking. Not much of a food choice though, whatever is there is overpriced unfortunately.

This is a smallish park ground running alongside the river. Lovely, well kept, clean. No toilet facilities but there are some in the coach park nearby. There is a small area which has a little cafe, bike rental, a very small amusement area, mostly for children under about 8, crazy golf, climbing wall, but they are all small so not... More

As living in windsor, always something new in the park or see something different. The park is well maintained, clean & great for bank hoildays. There is no special rate for the crazy golf for locals not worht it. But overall nice & well kept

Alexandra gardens is conveniently near the train station and buses and just across the rd from the river Thames. There are great views of the river, Eton bridge and Windsor Castle from here. There is a little funfair area for under 7s, not cheap as have to purchase tokens for each ride. Zorbing also on site. There's parking along the... More

Alexandra Gardens is well placed between a large car park and the river Thames. Lovely for a picnic - you can leave your stuff in the car until you need it. The children's fun fair was busy and makes a good diversion for the youngsters. It was lovely just sitting in the park and watching the world go by. A... More
